This certificate was awarded by Indian Book of Records and was adjudicated by Dr. GVNRSSS Vara Prasad, Advocate, Supreme Court of India, at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Dr. Dinesh Sabnis was also awarded special certificate “Ambassador of Patriotism” for being a patriotism envoy in reciting the National Pledge and creating a feeling of oneness among the people of India.
