Coimbatore<\/strong> (Tamil Nadu) [India], October 7:<\/strong> Madhavaa Crafts Limited<\/strong>, a Coimbatore-based manufacturer of precision-engineered and machined components serving customers across automotive, hydraulic, general engineering, locomotive, oil & gas, and other industrial applications, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus<\/strong> with the EMERGE Platform of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE Emerge)<\/strong> in preparation for its Initial Public Offering.<\/p>\n

The IPO will comprise a Fresh Issue of up to 31,00,000 equity shares<\/strong> with a face value of \u20b9 10 each<\/strong>, with no Offer for Sale component<\/strong>. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the EMERGE Platform of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The company\u2019s objectives are funding capital expenditure of up to \u20b9 1,912.05 Lakhs<\/strong> for setting up a new manufacturing facility in Coimbatore; funding working capital requirements of up to \u20b9 1,050.46 Lakhs<\/strong>; pre-payment or repayment of certain outstanding borrowings of up to \u20b9 201.50 Lakhs<\/strong>; and general corporate purposes.<\/p>\n
