BRICS+ must expand women\u2019s access to capital, markets, mentorship and decision-making.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HRH Ms. Zulu highlighted the importance of connecting women entrepreneurs across markets,\u00a0<strong>\u201cEconomic empowerment means connecting women to capital, markets and opportunities at scale.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr. Bhattacharyya noted,\u00a0<strong>\u201cAs BRICS+ expands, its strength will depend on the quality of cooperation it creates across societies, economies and knowledge networks.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ms. Monteiro added,\u00a0<strong>\u201cStronger cross-border networks can help women entrepreneurs turn ideas into markets, partnerships and opportunities.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key outcome of the Dialogue was the signing of a\u00a0<strong>Memorandum of Understanding between Karnataka State Marketing Communications and Advertising Limited (KSMCA) and the BRICS Women\u2019s Business Alliance South Africa<\/strong>\u00a0under the\u00a0<strong>\u201cScreen to Market Pathway 2028\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0initiative. The MoU represents an effort to create practical cross-border pathways for creative talent, enterprises and market access, reinforcing the Dialogue\u2019s focus on converting conversations into tangible collaboration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second session,\u00a0<strong>\u201cBuilding the BRICS+ Innovation and Startup Economy,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0focused on entrepreneurship, investment, technology, digital transformation and the creation of a more connected startup ecosystem across BRICS+. Moderated by\u00a0<strong>Mr. Bibin Babu, Executive Director, BRICS CCI and Founder &amp; CEO, GrowQR<\/strong>, the session brought together\u00a0<strong>Mr. Dmitry Khrichenko, Ms. Nokuthula Nokky Ndlovu, Mr. Mudit Kumar, Mr. Anudeep Muttavarapu, Dr. Nageswara Rao Atyam, Mr. P.
