Those who participated in the plantation drive included the developing company \u2013 Prime Land Promoters and Builders, PLPB\u2019s, Co-Chairmen \u2013 Sanjiv Kumar and Devraj Bansal and MDs\u2019 Sumit Singla and\u00a0 Lohit Bansal. The top management was accompanied by the entire team of PLPB.\u00a0 Saplings of medicinal as well as fruit trees were planted. These included \u2013 Lemon, Lemon Grass, Tulsi, Insulin, Har Shungar, Guava, Mango, Kinnow, Oxora, Hibiscus, Gulmohar, Kener, Amaltas etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018The Wellness City\u2019\u00a0 is the first of its kind \u2018bioclimatic architecture\u2019\u00a0 based project in the region. Bioclimatic architecture is an environment-friendly architecture based on providing maximum comfort to inhabitants while avoiding high consumption of resources, and it is all about \u2018being sustainable\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Sanjiv Kumar said, \u201d In very simple terms, bioclimatic architecture is when we design with nature and not against nature. While the project will be spread over 90 acres, 10 acres of green belt will be created. Most of the buildings in \u2018The Wellness City\u2019 will be properly positioned, oriented, and proportioned to create a favorable microclimate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lohit Bansal said, \u201d \u2018The Wellness City\u2019 is being built by seeking inspiration from the five elements of life \u2013 water, earth, fire, air and the soul which is envisaged as an oasis of tranquillity and wellness. The project is being designed by top International architects and will be completed by 2023.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Besides other key features, \u2018The Wellness City\u2019 will house a sprawling 25-acre \u2018Art of Living\u2019 Ashram, which is coming up in association with the \u2018Art of Living Foundation\u2019.
